Simple solutions to complex problems arise from sophisticated skills that include

the looking that sees

the reasoning that understands

and the action that solves

Resolutive Lawering

The attorney is responsible for using his knowledge, experience, and skills to develop strategies to solve complex problems based on the client`s interests and possibilities.

Such solutions, in most cases, achieve better results by assisted or mediated negotiations that do not need to use the State Judicial System, which should be the last alternative to be chosen.

Fortunately, the Brazilian market already has professionals experts in strategic advocacy, conflict resolution and management who can handle more efficient, economical and faster solutions than those ones usually applied in Brazil.

Smarter approaches for complex situations

At certain times, personal, social, and business relationships generate difficult, complex, and sometimes painful situations whose solutions become impossible without the help of a trained professional.

In these moments, to solve "relational pain" (desire-need-rights-duties), an attorney is sought, as well as for "physical pain" (health-disease-symptoms-treatment), a physician is sought.

Physicians/Attorneys will do their best to cure the disease and release the patient/client from that pain with the best efficiency and most minor side effects.

The best physicians/attorneys have the knowledge, experience, and access to the most sophisticated, least invasive, least painful, and more efficient treatments.

Just as the surgical procedure should be the physician's last option, the lawsuit should also be the attorney’s.
